Job Description:
Legal Trust Officer (Sioux Falls, SD) sought by Trust co. to:
(i) ensure trusts are managed in compliance with governing
documents, as well as with state and federal laws, policies, and
procedures, (ii) communicate with U.S. governmental
agencies/authorities to check status of cases and file required
documents, and (iii) draft and review trust and corporate
documents, including incorporations, dissolutions, deeds, and
resolutions, for supervisor review and approval. BA in Legal
Studies (or foreign equiv.) + 1Y exp. as trust officer, trust
advisor, legal intern, or related position. Position requires
approval from the South Dakota Division of Banking. No travel or
