The individual in this position will be the primary contact for all students for collection on their outstanding accounts.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of: Basic accounting practice and principles; computers and systems such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; account receivable and account reconciliation; collection of outstanding accounts; and 1098T tax document(s).Skill & Ability to: Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and electronic messaging when collecting on outstanding student accounts. Provide exceptional customer service; interpret, explain and apply policies and procedures; extract data from computer systems; respond to questions; recognize discrepancies; handle large sums of money; resolve problems; understand complex billing structure; prioritize work to meet competing deadlines; and communicate clearly and concisely.Comments: Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and computer skills are essential.
