Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Expert.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms
and concepts to customers
Resolve customer inquiries and offer tax advice through virtual
communication software
Collaborate with experts, update assigned customers, and enhance
the company's brand
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 seasons of paid Tax Preparation experience with a minimum
of 30 tax returns per year
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney
with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of
tax laws
Recent experience preparing federal and state individual 1040 tax
returns using commercial tax preparation software
Possess or able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates,
permits or bonds
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills a plus (written &
spoken)
