Reimbursement Finance Manager Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

advancement opportunities What You'll Do: Manage and review
Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare cost reports for multiple
healthcare facilities Calculate monthly third-party settlements and
develop annual revenue deductions Oversee collection, audit, and
reconciliation of facility-level cost data Monitor regulatory
changes and assess financial and reimbursement impacts Serve as a
subject matter expert on reimbursement methodology and cost report
strategies Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Decision
Support to resolve reimbursement issues Support charge master
oversight and regulatory compliance What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3 years
of healthcare finance experience , including Medicare cost
reporting or reimbursement analysis Familiarity with reimbursement
methodologies (e.g., PPS, CAH, SCH, RHC, SNF ) preferred Strong
analytical and communication skills Experience with audit
processes, compliance reporting, and data-driven decision making
