Location: Sioux Falls Distribution Center and Corporate Offices - 99 Department: Customer Service Type: Full Time Expires: May 31, 2021 JOB SUMMARY:-- Grow with our family as a Delivery Office Lead at our Furniture Mart USA Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, SD!--This position is responsible for the efficient operation of the Delivery Scheduling department, while also creating a positive experience for our internal and external customers. Enjoy having a variety in your workday and striving to provide quality customer service all while being a part of a fun, friendly, family-like team!--

• Full-Time (40 hrs/wk): Sunday, 11:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-7:00pm
• Answer incoming delivery office calls, as well as calls from Sales Associates/Store Managers
• Compile and analyze Delivery Office Associate phone stats.
• Train, develop and motivate team to exceed performance goals.--
• Backup the Delivery Office Supervisor in preparing, and revising department staffing schedule WHAT DO WE OFFER?
