Job Description:

Cerebral Staffing is seeking a full-time Administrative/General Clerk to join their team on-site at John Deere in Rock Valley, IA. Qualified candidates MUST have previous warehouse administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing settle dealing with shipping, Excel reporting, freight claims and RGAs and customer service.

HOURS: 1st shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - OT hours possible in the future.

HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $25.00

Duties:

• Process bills of lading and export documentation.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to process data for on-time shipping and other internal metrics.
• Help the shipping team correct errors and solve problems.
• Track inventory on supplies and coordinate with supervisor on ordering.
• Process RGAs and freight claims.
• Assist the Department Coordinator with generating and shipping stock orders
• May have to drive a forklift
• Contacts customers outside of the work area and receives incoming inquiries; responds to standard inquiries and refers complex requests to appropriate staff members.
• Compiles data necessary to prepare files or create standard and special reports using defined formats.
• Performs analysis of basic or intermediate nature on information received, and researches or resolves discrepancies following prescribed procedures.
