Job Description:

Job Details Company Overview - Provide administrative support to attorneys, paralegals, and office manager. - Schedule and coordinate meetings. - Data entry in the billing system. - Daily time entry for attorneys and paralegals. - Expense entry. - Prepare monthly client invoices. - Backup to the receptionist. - Accept incoming calls from and return calls to potential clients. - Professional, well organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task. - Excellent grammar and proofreading skills are essential. - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. - Fast and accurate keyboarding skills. - Experience with multi-line telephone systems a must. - Prior experience in a law firm a plus. - Full-time schedule: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm *Part-time hours are a possibility. The part-time schedule would begin later in the morning and work until 5:00 pm.
