Facility: PREMIER BankcardLocation: Sioux Falls, South DakotaShift: Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Job Status: Full-TimeCompany: PREMIER BankcardAbout the RoleAs the Director, Marketing Insights and Analytics for PREMIER Bankcard you will be responsible for understanding, measuring, and reporting the performance of marketing campaigns and providing actionable business insights to the marketing team based on the metrics and KPIs established. You will develop, implement, and monitor acquisition volumes reports in conjunction with the Finance and MIS teams, and drive creation and management of PREMIER Bankcard Marketing dashboards to show ongoing performance of all marketing channels and products.This role reports to the VP of Marketing*Relocation assistance is available for this position*Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesExecute a wide range of analyses and translate marketing data into insights and actionable recommendations for the Marketing team and across the company.Analyze and measure performance of marketing investment across performance marketing channels and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize investment.Design data visualizations and dashboards that enable ongoing business performance tracking vs. marketing KPIs.Develop insightful analysis and reports to support marketing, analyzing customer behaviors, segment performance, proprietary and syndicated market research, and industry verticals.Develop ongoing volume updates (weekly performance and variance reporting), monthly Business Reporting (Operational Review) and any additional reporting required to ensure Senior Leadership is fully informed of marketing performance and progress toward goals.Collaborate closely with MIS, Finance, and Marketing teams to develop quantitative analysis, tools and reports to support marketing decision making.Partner with the marketing team to analyze product performance and lifecycle, focusing on acquisition, retention, and attribution to contribute to product and lifecycle strategic planning.Skills and QualificationsTwo years of experience as a business analyst, including customer/product acquisition.Hands-on experience with Power BI, data reporting and analysis, design of spreadsheets and dashboards.Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business administration, finance, or related field.Hands-on experience with performance marketing campaign and optimization techniques; tactics and best practices, including experience with SEM, display media, affiliates, mobile social marketing.Experience collaborating with internal or external partners to analyze and report on marketing performance, including CPA and CTB, and contribute to optimization of (digital) media budgets.Proficiency with digital advertising tools and platforms.Knowledge and experience with Direct Mail a plus.Some knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.Excellent analytical, communication and collaboration abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to translate data into clear analysis and actionable recommendations.Strong time management and organizational abilities.High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and Power BI.Financial or credit card experience preferred but not required.Pay and BenefitsCompetitive salary and variable compensation programRelocation provided for the right candidateFull medical benefits for 20+ hours/week.
