Responsibilities: Make-Ready Expert: Complete make-ready tasks and
work orders promptly to ensure our property is in top shape.
Communication Pro: Keep ownership and the Property Manager informed
with regular updates. Inventory Guru: Order necessary supplies and
maintain accurate inventory records. Team Player: Assist with
challenging projects and collaborate with the team. Handyman
Extraordinaire: Utilize your strong skills and experience in
plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. What You
Bring: Experience: Previous experience in apartment maintenance is
essential. Tools of the Trade: Must have personal hand tools and a
drill. Reliable Transportation: A dependable means of
transportation is crucial. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle
physical workloads with attention to detail and deadlines. What We
Offer: Competitive Pay: $21/hr - $25/hr, depending on experience,
certifications, and the apartment community. Weekly Pay: Get paid
