We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician to join our team of professionals committed to quality workmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $54,000–$70,000 per year, DOE Sign-on bonus structure: $5,000 sign-on bonus for a Lead Journeyman Service Technician $1,000 sign-on bonus for a Lead Apprentice Service Technician Paid Time Off and paid holidays Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with company match Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms provided Supportive, professional, and team-oriented work environment Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing issues in residential and light commercial properties Install plumbing systems, fixtures, and water heaters Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Communicate clearly with customers and provide excellent service on every call Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently and safely Qualifications Proven plumbing experience required; licensure preferred Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills HVAC and boiler experience is a plus but not required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening About Prairie Sons, Inc.
