Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: The individual in this
role will have the responsibility of monitoring incidents,
deficiencies, and non-compliance issues on a daily basis in the
operations, maintenance, and functions of Blackbird Bend Casino and
Lucky 77 Casino. They will gather all relevant materials and
documents and create a detailed written report on incidents,
deficiencies, and non-compliance issues to be presented to the
Omaha Tribal Gaming Commission. It is essential that this
individual has a strong understanding of the various gaming laws,
including the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Regulations of the
National Indian Gaming Commission, the Omaha Tribal Gaming Code,
the Tribal/State of Iowa Compact, and any other applicable
regulations. This position requires the flexibility to work
weekends, as they are essential to fulfilling the duties of the
role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and/or RESPONSIBILITIES include the
following: Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations, such
as the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and Tribal/State Compact, for
Blackbird Bend Casino and Lucky 77 Casino. Organize and maintain a
records management system for incidents, deficiencies, and
non-compliance issues. Monitor incidents, deficiencies, and
non-compliance issues daily, gather relevant materials, and create
a daily schedule. Prepare written reports and submit them, along
with appropriate materials or documents, to the Omaha Tribal Gaming
Commission. Follow up on previously submitted reports to ensure
issues are resolved and assist the Commissioners. Work on a
flexible schedule as determined by the Omaha Tribal Gaming
Commission. Perform other duties as assigned or current duties if
altered by supervisor. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this
job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty

to perform the duties. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must have a
minimum of a high school diploma or GED, preferably supplemented by
two (2) years of experience in office management. CERTIFICATES,
LICENSES, and/or REGISTRATIONS: Prefer a valid Driver's License,
must be insurable to obtain Government License KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,
and/or ABILITIES: Possess in-depth knowledge of relevant laws and
regulations, including the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act, Omaha
Tribal Gaming Code, and Tribal/State of Iowa Compact, as well as
Blackbird Bend Casino policies and procedures. Maintain strict
confidentiality and adhere to the Privacy Act. Demonstrate
investigative skills, tact, diplomacy, objectivity, and strong
organizational skills. Exhibit exceptional communication skills,
both orally and in writing, and basic filing skills. Be proficient
in typing and computer literacy. Work according to a flexible
schedule provided by the Omaha Tribal Gaming Commission. Other
