High-Performance Service Advisor (Automotive) Location: Sioux
Falls, SD Pay: $75,000 – $100,000 (Performance-Based) Schedule:
Monday – Friday | No Weekends This Is Not a “Service Writer” Job

urgency and professionalism Build trust with customers quickly
Present needed work clearly and confidently (no pressure, no

technicians to keep inspections and repairs moving fast Follow up
on declined work (this is non-negotiable) You are not here to
diagnose vehicles. You are here to communicate, prioritize, and
