Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
school-based Speech Language Pathologist position is available in
the Aurora, IL area, offering the opportunity to work with mostly
elementary-aged students in both general education and special
education settings, including those with ASD. This role provides a
flexible schedule aligned with school hours, allowing for work-life
balance. Key Qualifications: Certification as a Speech Language
Pathologist (SLP - CCC) or current SLP Clinical Fellowship Year
(CFY) status accepted Comfort working with students across general
education and special education classrooms Ability to manage an
elementary-only caseload of 35-40 students Willingness to
participate in orientation and ongoing support Position Details:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, school year contract with W-2
employee status Immediate start, typically within 1-2 weeks of job
offer One home-base elementary school assignment Supervision
provided for new graduates (CFY) Flexible scheduling during school
