Electrician Job Description The Lead Maintenance Electrician plays
a crucial role in overseeing maintenance operations within the
automotive or stamping sector. This position involves directing a
team of technicians, ensuring machinery reliability, and executing
complex mechanical and electrical repairs to keep production
equipment running efficiently. Responsibilities Perform preventive
and corrective maintenance on stamping presses, conveyors,
robotics, and manufacturing machinery. Conduct routine preventive,
predictive, and corrective maintenance on all systems and
equipment. Carry out electrical inspections, troubleshooting, and
maintenance tasks as assigned. Operate in accordance with standard
operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety standards.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair stamping presses and related
equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production. Be
proficient in robotic troubleshooting and editing with systems such
as Fanuc, ABB, or KUKA. Troubleshoot sensors, actuators, and PLC
integration, specifically Siemens. Diagnose and resolve issues with
PLCs, HMIs, sensors, actuators, and communication networks. Assist
with die changes, press adjustments, and tooling alignment. Support
press operators during setup, ensuring proper alignment and
functionality. Essential Skills 5 years in manufacturing
maintenance with lead experience. Expertise in PLC maintenance and
troubleshooting, with Siemens systems preferred. Proficiency in
blueprint reading and industrial maintenance techniques. Strong
understanding of hydraulic systems and press maintenance.
Experience with electrical maintenance, including conduit and
wiring. Additional Skills & Qualifications Vocational training or
journeyman-level certification preferred. Experience with Allen
Bradley PLC and Fanuc robotics control systems. Why Work Here? Join

highly clean manufacturing facility within the stamping department.
The location is large, clean, and equipped with highly automated
press equipment. Expect to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am
to 3:30 pm, with possible overtime. Training is provided at TCAT in
Stanton for 3 weeks. The role involves collaborating with the
engineering team to test dies, run product trials, and modify dies
as needed. Safety gear such as steel-toed boots, safety glasses,
hearing protection, and high-visibility vests is required. Dress
code includes jeans or work pants without holes, and plain colored
shirts, preferably without vulgar language or images. Job Type &
Location This is a Contract position based out of Stanton, TN. Pay
and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $44.00/hr.
