As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently. Duties: - Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties - Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters, lubricating parts, and checking electrical connections - Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to determine the cause of malfunctions - Repair or replace defective components or parts using hand tools and power tools - Test system performance using specialized tools and equipment - Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions Requirements: - Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and refrigeration systems - Familiarity with property maintenance procedures and equipment repair techniques - Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately - Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - EPA certification preferred but not required Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience - Health insurance coverage - Retirement plan options - Paid time off and holidays If you are a skilled HVAC Technician looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply.
