organization in electronic manufacturing, is seeking a Electronics
Engineering Technician II to join their team. As a Electronics
Engineering Technician II, you will be part of the manufacturing
support team, contributing to product development, testing, and
quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong
attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a
proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement,
which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title:
Electronics Engineering Technician II Location: Aurora, OH Pay
Range: $21.50/hour Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What's the Job? Perform
testing of production assemblies and sub-assemblies to ensure
correct operation and compliance with specifications. Set up,
modify, calibrate, and operate routine testing and manufacturing
equipment based on detailed instructions. Conduct basic
troubleshooting and experiments to identify root causes of issues
and implement solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of test
results, procedures, and equipment maintenance activities.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve quality
and process efficiency, supporting continuous improvement
initiatives. What's Needed? Associates degree in Manufacturing,
Engineering, or Technology-related fields, or a High School diploma
with 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in troubleshooting
electronic components and understanding basic electronic circuits.
Ability to interpret technical documentation and communicate
technical issues effectively. Experience with basic electronic test
equipment such as multimeters and calibration tools. Strong
attention to detail, quality-minded work habits, and the ability to
