Job Description:
Overview Apply your advanced electronics and automation
expertise as a Systems Technician. You'll independently manage
complex PLC systems, industrial networks, and control equipment
that drive our operations. This role requires someone who can
diagnose sophisticated electronic issues, lead system
implementations, and mentor developing technicians. Why This Role

systems and control infrastructure operate flawlessly. Your
advanced skills directly impact production uptime, system
reliability, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Advanced
Control Systems Management Independently install, test, maintain,
diagnose, and troubleshoot multiple types of PLC and motion control
systems. Lead maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial
electronic equipment. Manage hydraulic and pneumatic system
diagnostics and repairs. Install and maintain communication cables,
power distribution cables, and complex wiring systems. Ensure
equipment assembly and disassembly meets and exceeds maintenance
standards. Proactive System Monitoring & Response Quickly respond
and provide corrective action to alarms and out-of-parameter
readings. Review and modify control logic, adjust set points, and
diagnose electrical wiring issues. Monitor critical systems (e.g.,
chemical tanks, boiler systems) and take preventive action.
Proactively identify potential issues or hazards before impact to
operations. Constantly observe plant conditions to ensure
production runs efficiently. Provide rapid response to equipment
problems to keep vital machinery operational. Project Leadership &
Implementation Lead production start-up and shut-down activities.
Direct R&D testing activities including complex wiring,
unwiring, and system troubleshooting. Work collaboratively with
engineers on tests, pilot runs, and process improvements.
Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects. Support
R&D involvement in initial production and plant
troubleshooting. Network & IT Infrastructure Install, test,
maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems and servers. Support
network equipment and industrial LANs. Maintain security systems
and video surveillance infrastructure. Diagnose and resolve network
connectivity and communication issues. Preventative Maintenance &
Quality Perform and oversee preventative maintenance tasks
(filters, water tanks, scale accuracy, label systems). Accurately
maintain company required performance and maintenance records.
Ensure all procedures are carefully followed and improved upon.
Technical Leadership Mentor Systems Technician team members to grow
abilities. Share technical expertise to build team capabilities.
Coordinate with Systems Engineering management on projects and
complex problems. Collaborate with maintenance, electromechanical
teams and operations staff. Additional Flexibility to work varied
hours, including weekends as needed. May be called upon to respond
to critical system issues outside normal hours. Ability to perform
all essential job functions with or without reasonable
accommodation. Must have regular and punctual attendance. Perform
all other duties as assigned. Qualifications Skills and Abilities
Advanced ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematic
diagrams, ladder logic, and electrical code. Deep knowledge of
electronic principles and their application to equipment
troubleshooting. Strong proficiency with multiple PLC platforms and
programming. Experience with motion control systems, servo drives,
and VFDs. Solid understanding of industrial networks, protocols,
and communication systems. Proficiency with computers, HMI systems,
and diagnostic software. Demonstrated Competencies Results-oriented

complex electronic and control system issues to quickly identify

proactive safety culture. Physical Requirements This role requires
physical activity including walking, standing, twisting, reaching,
bending, climbing, and lifting. Must be able to lift, push, and
pull up to 60 lbs. Flexibility to work varied hours, including
weekends as needed. Experience: 3 years of electrical and
electronic systems experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience with industrial networks and SCADA systems is preferred.
Education: 2-year vocational/technical school in electrical,
electronics, or automation (strongly preferred). PLC programming
certifications (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) a plus. Relevant
technical certifications or military training welcomed. Our company
