  Responsibilities
  
  
• Coach and train all store staff
  
• Lead profitability of your teams.
  
• Oversee all store activities including maintaining inventory
  
• Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all staff
  
• Conduct weekly sales training and one-on-ones
  
• Mentor new and expert sales reps on standard methodologies for improving performance.
  
• Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers
  
• Monitor performance and execution.
  
• Achieve forecasted goals and objectives for dealership
  
  Qualifications
  
  
• Minimum two years of experience as a supervisor/Manager
  
• Possess successful history of building and training a team.
  
• Expertise in supervising the everyday efforts through coaching and training.
