Description:Responsible to work in conjunction with High Level Underwriting Manager to oversee the implementation and monitoring of all underwriting rules, guidelines and procedures. Assure that all standards are met and consistently appliedCoordinate with the HR department to interview and hire applicants for open positionConduct Annual Performance evaluationsConduct regular team meetings, calibration exercises and one on one meetingsSeek team members' feedback and provide suggestions to management teamSupport the culture throughout the department ensuring all partner and merchant needs are fulfilled consistent with our Core Values.Partner with internal teams to ensure questions or issues on individual applicants or files are responded toConduct quality review or process adherence reviews as regularly or as determined by High Level Management, including participation in pre/post-mortem process.Responsible for providing leadership, support and direct management to the Junior Team Lead, and Junior UW Team. Must be able to perform all necessary functions of Jr UW role.Responsible for providing leadership and support to the UW Prep Supervisor. Must be able to perform all necessary functions of the UW Prep role.Communicate, monitor and escalate technical issues to leadership team when there are impacts to UW productivity, partner relationships or risk related outcomes.Actively review KPI reports and alerts to monitor productivity and policy adherenceSkills:Underwriting, Finance, Loans, Lending, Compliance, AuditTop Skills Details:accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivableAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree in Business related field3-5 years working in business lending and risk with increasing levels of responsibilityExperience Level:Expert Level About Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
