*Description*.*General Description and Essential Functions* The Treasury Management Support Manager leads the a team in supporting treasury management sales. The manager oversees the daily operations of the department to ensure that proper controls and processes are in place to meet service level agreements. + Have a general understanding of how various software integrates and how to troubleshoot when there are issues. + Perform duties associated with managing and developing staff, including team building, mentoring, training and performance reviews. + Maintain quality control and ensure that all policies and procedures are followed + Produce and deliver reports to management and staff regarding productivity, quality and timeliness. + Provide quality customer service. This includes responding to customer inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues, both by telephone and email, in a timely manner. + Understand and process multiple types of inquiries in a professional, fast-paced, and high volume environment. + Operations contact for 3rd party vendor escalation issues. + Recognize opportunities and recommend changes to close gaps in processes. + Exercise discretion, strong interpersonal skills and independent judgment. + Act as a trusted resource for internal customers. + Drive change to improve efficiency and quality that ultimately reduces operating costs..*Qualifications/Experience* + High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred. + 4+ years banking experience and 1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred; or demonstrated ability to perform the job functions. + Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. + Leadership skills and capabilities. + Dependable and able to work within specific time constraints. + Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment; possess strong sense of urgency and responsiveness. + Advanced technical/computer skills with the ability to assist in troubleshooting hardware/software issues. + Accurate data entry/transaction processing. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Detailed oriented..*Job Expectations* Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
