Work Setting: Office Mainly

On Call: Yes for emergencies that require an RN. -

OT Available: Yes but not encouraged unless absolutely needed. -

Charting: PCC

Dress Code: Scrubs Preferably or business casual. -

Housing Options: Fully furnished apartment across street from nursing home. -

Area must see and do: Sioux Falls, SD area. -

Bed Size: 48 beds

Patient Ratio: 1:9 on day shift and evenings. 1:18 on nights. -

Expectations: To manage nursing department and ensure staff compliance with rules. -

Compliance: Utilize compliance store for policies and procedures so that helps tremendously. -

Training: Just getting use to daily routine, peoples names, etc.
