Job Description:

Description:--- Lead and grow business development and the program management team focused on business growth through the acquisition of new customers.--- Build and maintain relationships with customers, key stakeholders, sponsors, vendors, institutional leaders, and other key constituents and partners.--- Author and present company and product overview material to encourage the development of new business with customers.--- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue forecasts, account analysis and/or sales reports as needed.--- Work with leadership to establish and maintain product pricing, distribution, and discount strategies.--- Author statements of work, proposals, and quotations for new business opportunities. --- Coordinate preparation of rough order of magnitude estimates, proposal responses, and quotations, supported by engineering, operations, and pricing specialists.--- Review contract, supported by contracting specialists. --- Coordinate all contractual deliverables with customers.--- Assist in the development of, and drive internal accountability to, project/program charters, budgets, schedules, timelines, assumptions, and risks.--- Work in close collaboration with other departments to develop recommendations to improve products, services, and internal processes.--- Keep internal teams informed of competitive information gained regarding pricing, products, or general issues in the market.Skills:Sales, Customer service, Business development, Outside sales, Technical sales, Development, Inside sale, Sales support, dod, technical skills, technical supportAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.--- Minimum 10 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.--- Thorough knowledge of sales and business development. Knowledge of general accounting.--- Experience creating forecasts and projections and managing budgets.--- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.--- Ability to travel up to 25% of time,--- Military or DOD experience is a HUGE PERK Position:
