Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement global License Compliance function
Create and execute programs to ensure compliance with license
agreements and royalty contracts
Oversee license and compliance audit process for customers and
company
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in Licensing Compliance & Audit in
a relevant technology/SaaS environment
Extensive people management and leadership experience
Ability to collaborate with Sales Executives, Customers, and Key
Stakeholders
