With over 110 years in business in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Journey Group is growing and seeking a strategic Director of Marketing & Communications to lead a corporate marketing team to execute marketing and communication strategies for Journey Group companies and associated brands. Grow and enhance the company reputation and brand identity in the community and target markets via the company website, social media, electronic and print collateral, community events, and via internal company communications. This position also supports business development efforts through targeted outreach strategies. Journey Group's corporate office is a casual yet professional work setting where customers are the priority, teamwork is our culture, and acting with fiscal stewardship and integrity are the expectation.
Qualified candidates will have:

• 
  
• a bachelor's degree in marketing or communications, business administration or related field of study.
  
• 10 (ten) or more years of progressive marketing experience
  
• valid driver's license, safe driving record, and evidence of insurability is required.
  
• excellent organizational and planning skills
  
• proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe professional suite, and CRM experience required. Experience with CANVA, and Hubspot preferred.
