Job Description:
A company is looking for an Interpretation Tools Engineering
Manager for a remote position in the USA.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide structure, support, training, mentoring, and career
development to the team
Ensure a strategic vision and technical roadmap for the
Interpretation Tools team
Oversee development and maintenance of system documentation and
runbooks
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a production software engineering
environment
2+ years of experience as an engineering manager supporting 4 or
more direct reports
4+ years as an architect, technical lead, or Subject Matter Expert
across multiple specialties
Experience collaborating with Product Owners to develop a deep
understanding of users
BS or MS or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering
discipline preferred
