Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the subject matter expert of Gainsight implementation and
renewals processes
Create reports and analysis to support Customer Success management
and executives
Coordinate cross-functional processes and manage
software/applications for Customer Success activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
3-5 years relevant experience in Customer Success Operations
1+ years managing/leading a team
Experience working in a SaaS or high-tech company is a plus
Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States
without sponsorship
