Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Health Information
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day EMPI data integrity operations
Oversee Data Integrity Coordinators and Data Stewards, including
hiring and performance evaluations
Develop and implement data stewardship/integrity policies and
monitor performance metrics
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in Health Information Management and
leadership
Knowledge of HIM Operations and experience with Information
Technology Systems
Prior experience in EMPI data integrity operations preferred
Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure,
integration, and databases
Experience with Microsoft Office Products
