Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Program Manager who
will ensure the execution of key programs and projects within the
Customer Success and Support organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage key initiatives and projects from initiation to
completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Monitor project risks and escalate critical issues to ensure prompt
resolution and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks and
enhance project delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
7+ years of business experience, preferably in the SaaS industry in
a GTM role
3+ years of direct experience in Customer Operations, Program
Management, or project management
Superior project management skills, with experience in leading
cross-functional and complex projects
Experience in process improvement methodologies and data
analysis
