Therapists and/or ACT Team LeadLICSW, LPCC, LPWestern Mental Health Center in Marshall, MN is looking for a licensed Therapists LICSW, LPCC, LP, PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology,You will be providing individual, group, family, and/or other psychotherapy (within limits of experience and educational background) and emergency services as necessary to meet the needs of clientsProvide adult and/or child assessments.Provide therapy in an outpatient setting.Participate in quality assurance procedures, peer reviews and utilization.Maintenance of accurate and complete clinical recordsExperience with DBT and clinical supervision preferred but not required.Will consider a hybrid model of telehealth and face-to-face sessions or Telehealth only.We are also looking for a full time Mental Health Professional to be the Team Lead for an Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACT). ACT is a team treatment approach designed to provide comprehensive, community-based psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation, and support to persons with serious and persistent mental illness. This individual must have one year of appropriate prior clinical and rehabilitative supervisory experience and be a LICSW, PsyD, or Doctoral LP. The team lead will provide administrative services as well as direct services to clients.
