Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: Is responsible to provide assessment, diagnosis,
treatment, and crisis intervention of acute, chronic or moderately
disturbed mentally ill patients and families. Provides clinical
consultation services, community education services. EDUCATION
and/or EXPERIENCE: Master's degree two to ten years related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience required. MSW required from accredited
program.CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS: State of
Minnesota Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Private in Practice
required.
