Part TimeSCH Home Health1400 SE 7th AveNursing Professionals RN/LPNDay ShiftThe Hospice nurse makes regularly scheduled visits and coordinates the patient's care plan with the interdisciplinary team. They will assess your comfort and any symptoms that need attention, teach family members and friends about caregiving, managing medications, and offer end of life education.The Home Health nurse provides direct care such as injections, dressing changes, blood draws, and supervise home health aides in order to assist the patient in achieving a maximum level of wellness and independence in their home.The Home Health and Hospice RN provides care and service to persons of all age groups in their home or alternate site.Hiring Process - If your skills and experience appear to align with those of the position you will be asked to participate in an in person interview.
