Cardiovascular (CV) Diagnostics Department is responsible for prepping and monitoring patients of all ages during several different types of stress tests for both the inpatient and outpatient population.
CV Diagnostics nurses also prepare patients for testing, administers moderate sedation, and monitors adult patient's during Transesophageal echocardiogram (TEE) and Cardioversions.
During CV Diagnostics testing, the team works very closely with the Cardiologists and Anesthesiology staff to assure safe and quality care is delivered to our patients. You will work at the top of your license on a very autonomous team.

Required:Education - Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursingCertifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - American Heart Association (AHA); Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of NursingPreferred:Experience - 5+ years of Registered Nurse ExperienceEducation - Bachelors degree in Nursing
Heavy work - Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Possible exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or tissues. Requires the ability to work designated shift lengths (including 8 and 12 hours), which may include night shifts or occasional irregular hours.
