  Job Summary

  • As an active member of the Avera Therapy rehabilitation team, responsible to coordinate and provide care and treatment of assigned patients/clients/students/residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner.
    
    
    Education and/or Experience
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) certified school required.
      
      
      Licensure/Certification/Registration
      
      
      • 
        
      • Licensed by the State of South Dakota as a Physical Therapist required.
        
        
        Work Schedule
        
        
        • 
          
        • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional weekend, occasional holiday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
          
        • Weekend rotation: no more often than every 8
          
        • Holiday rotation: one every other year
          
          
          Pay
          
          The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
