Student Loan Repayment: -This Registered Nurse (RN) position is eligible for -Avera's -Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money. Each month an extra payment of $167 (up to $10,000) from -Avera -will help pay down your principal balance faster.

43 bed unit consisting of Medical, Surgical, and Oncology patients. -We also have an established Bone Marrow, Kidney, Pancreas and Liver Transplant Program.
The resource RN oversees direct patient care provided by other professional and ancillary personnel on the unit during his/her shift. This role serves as a primary resource for clinical skills and expert knowledge to nursing staff. -

Education and/or Experience


Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred.
Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Minimum of two years Oncology experience required.
Completion of ONS Chemotherapy/biotherapy provider course required.

Work Schedule


Hours:


7p - 7:30a; straight night shifts
$3 SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL is available for hours worked between 7p and 7a on weekdays, and $5 on weekend nights!




Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. -


$30.50 - $45.25 per hour
5% differential as the Resource Nurse role
