Join Become a Neuro Interventional Radiology Technologist at Avera McKennan. Perform a variety of complex specialized tasks eminent in operating radiographic equipment to perform vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures.

• We offer a wide variety of neuro interventions from diagnostic cerebral angiograms to advanced endovascular interventions. - Aneurysm embolization, stroke thrombectomy, and carotid stenting to name a few.
  
• Interdisciplinary team consists an Endovascular Surgery trained Vascular Neurologist, an Advanced Practice Provider, 13 Registered Nurses and 7 Registered Radiology/Cardiology Technologists. -

  • The Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for performing specialized procedures using sterile techniques and specialized equipment.
    
    
    -Education and/or Experience
    
    
    • 
      
    • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or hospital based Radiologic Technology Program required.
      
      
      Certification/Licensure/Registrations
      
      
      • 
        
      • ARRT (R) registered or RCIS is required within 60 days of completing an accredited program
        
        
        -Work Schedule
        
        
        • 
          
        • Monday - Friday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
          
          • 
            
          • 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
            
          • Every 3-4 weekend 1 night week
            
            
            
            
            Pay
            
            The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. -
