This position is a Health Coach position working directly with Diabetic patients or their caregivers regarding blood sugar, changes in insulin dosing and assists in education of diabetic devices. -

  Job Summary

  • Provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
    
    
    Education and/or Experience
    
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
      
    • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
      
      
      Licensure/Certification/Registration
      
      
      • 
        
      • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of
        
      • Multi-state licensure required.
        
      • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota may be required depending on patient/job assignment.
        
        
        Work Schedule
        
        
        • 
          
        • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; -80hrs/2wks
          
          
          Pay
          
          The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. -
