  Job Summary
  
  
  • 
    
  • The LPN will assist the team by supervising, assessing, and administering medications and treatments as directed, to ensure residents receive quality care.
    
  • Contact physician and establish working relationship and initiates ongoing information exchange.
    
  • Oversee Med Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants.
    
    
    Education and/or Experience
    
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate of a nursing education program
      
      
      Licensure/Certification/Registration
      
      
      • 
        
      • Current LPN license to practice in the State of South Dakota.
        
      • Maintain CPR certification.
        
        
        Work Schedule
        
        
        • 
          
        • Hours:
          
          
          • 
            
          • Part time benefit eligible; 63hrs/2 weeks
            
          • Day shift: 8am-4:30pm
            
          • Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation required.
            
            
            
            
            Pay
            
            The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. -
