At Sanford Medical Center, the care of critically-ill adult
patients occurs in three separate Critical Care units that are
covered by the same nursing staff. Critical Care 2000 is a 12-bed
pulmonary/medical critical care unit. Critical Care 3000 is a
15-bed trauma, surgical and neurocritical care unit. Critical Care
2800 is a 12-bed acuity adaptable unit for cardiothoracic and
vascular surgery patients.
