(United States of America) Pay Range: The pay range for this
position is listed below. Actual pay rate dependent upon
experience. $28.50 - $42.75 Position Highlights Come and join our
team at the Avera Cancer Institute working with Oncology patients.
This position will be a part of the Hematology, Transplant &
Cellular Therapy Clinic. Responsibilities include coordinating the
patient care activities in the clinic, rooming, vitals, scheduling
and order entry. This position will also t riage phone calls from
patients and caregivers routing to the appropriate individual if
needed. Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 80hrs/2wks You Belong at

where you matter. A Brief Overview Coordinates the nursing
department activities and work production. Ensures a level of
communication between nursing staff, physicians, and all other
clinic departments to create a positive outcome for clinic
employees and patients. What you will do In collaboration with the
clinic manager, is accountable for the clinical operations and
coordination of patient flow. Resolves operational and scheduling
discrepancies in the absence of the manager. Coordinates resources
to meet budgetary clinical goals and objectives. Is responsible for
maintaining appropriate staffing levels to maximize efficiency.
Participates in the employee selection process. Conducts position
orientation and serves as a resource to staff. Provides coaching
for performance improvement and provide input in employee
performance. Assists staff by trouble shooting questions.
Contributes to development of Nursing Department policies and
procedures. Assists leadership in facilitating monthly clinical
staff meetings. Reviews and orders supplies for the clinic.
Educates nurses in the use of new technologies, electronic medical
records processes and/or medical equipment. Essential

License/Certification, or Work Experience: Registered Nurse (RN) -
Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon
