Pay Range: The pay range for this position is listed below. Actual
pay rate dependent upon experience. $22.75 - $31.50 Position

Nurse that: Enjoys working with children ages 5 to 12 years old and
adolescents ages 13 to 17 years old as well as their families. Has
a passion helping patients with conditions such as Depression,
Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and
Addiction or Suicidal behavior. Appreciates an active, challenging
care environment that requires critical thinking. Values autonomous
professional nursing practice. Possesses motivation to help create
and deliver high-quality patient care in an energizing team
environment. Unit Highlights: Cross Trained to work in the
Adolescent Program and Child Program The adolescent program is a 40
unit Child unit is a 14 bed unit Opportunity to meet 70 coworkers

matter. A Brief Overview The LPN practices under the supervision of
a registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed
physician, or other health care provider. The LPN organizes and
directs those aspects of care for which he/she is accountable;
communicating and coordinating care with well-defined nursing
diagnoses, including all health team members. What you will do
Collects data and conducts a focused nursing assessment of the
health status of a patient. Participates with other health care
providers in the development and modification of the
patient-centered health care plan. Implements nursing interventions
within a patient-centered health care plan. Assists in the
evaluation of responses to interventions. Provides for the
maintenance of safe and effective nursing care rendered directly or
indirectly. Advocates for the best interest of the patient.
Communicates and collaborates with patients and members of the
health care team. Assists with health counseling and teaching.
Delegates and assigns nursing interventions to implement the plan
of care. Essential Qualifications The individual must be able to
work the hours specified. To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential job function

position duties and the ability to communicate effectively with
others, hear, understand and distinguish speech and other sounds.
