Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This full-time, onsite
opportunity is designed for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
(BCBA) with expertise in behavior specialization to support K-12
students. Based in Aurora, IL, this contract role spans the current
school year (CSY) and offers a comprehensive caseload within a
dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and
implement individualized behavior intervention plans for students
spanning kindergarten through 12th grade Conduct functional
behavior assessments to address and modify challenging behaviors
Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to
promote positive behavioral outcomes Monitor progress and adjust
strategies based on data and student needs Provide training and
consultation to staff on behavioral techniques and best practices
Qualifications: Valid Illinois BCBA license is required
Professional Educator License (PEL) in Illinois Experience working
with K-12 school populations in a clinical or educational setting
Strong communication and organizational skills Location & Work
