Physical Therapist Location: Sioux City, IA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $3,206 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist (PT) Specialty: Rehab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday - Friday Hours per Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Experience: Minimum 1 year in an outpatient setting, with experience in neurologic and orthopedic patients License: Must be licensed in the state of Iowa Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - Profile should include Driver’s License - Work history/resume - Skills checklist (must have been completed within 1 year) - License verification - Copy of required certifications - One supervisory reference required Description: As a member of the interdisciplinary team, The traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
