Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Charge Nurse (RN / LPN) Bethany Home – Sioux Falls, SD Sign-On & Retention Bonuses Registered Nurses (RN): Earn up to $10,000 in retention bonuses during your first year Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN): Earn up to $4,000 in retention bonuses during your first year Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, & PRN opportunities available Shift: 12-hour day shifts | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Starting Pay: LPN: $25 – $30/hour RN: $31.50 – $37/hour (Compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications) What You’ll Do As a Charge Nurse at Bethany Home, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate, resident-centered care while leading and supporting your team.
