Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Step into a pivotal CT Tech role
in Radiology, where your expertise translates into clearer
diagnoses, quicker care, and better patient outcomes. In Winnebago,
Nebraska, you’ll join a dedicated radiology team that values
precision, empathy, and continuous growth. This multi-week travel
assignment places you at the forefront of cross-functional care,
offering the security of guaranteed hours and the excitement of
variety—start dates and site options aligned with your professional
goals and personal plans. If you crave diverse clinical
experiences, this program also includes opportunities to work at
locations across the United States, allowing you to broaden your
professional footprint while anchoring your career in a community
you’ll come to call home. Winnebago sits in the heart of Nebraska’s
scenic landscapes, where wide skies, tranquil rivers, and a
welcoming small-town atmosphere blend with modern healthcare
infrastructure. This is a place to put down roots, enjoy affordable
living, and recharge through outdoor pursuits—from river trails to
parks and seasonal community events. For colleagues who enjoy
exploration, the program’s cross-country options open doors to
iconic Midwest towns, sunlit plains, and vibrant city hubs, all
while providing a stable, professionally rewarding CT-focused
experience. Nebraska’s fusion of rural charm and access to
bigger-city amenities offers the best of both worlds: a supportive
community backdrop and a gateway to broader clinical experiences.
As a CT Tech on this assignment, you’ll be responsible for
operating computed tomography equipment with precision and
compassion. Your day-to-day duties will include preparing patients
for CT procedures, selecting appropriate scanning protocols, and
optimizing image quality to ensure accurate diagnostics. You’ll
administer contrast agents per established safety guidelines,
monitor patients for adverse reactions, and collaborate closely
with radiologists to determine the best imaging angles and
post-processing techniques. You’ll perform routine quality control
and equipment checks, maintain meticulous documentation of
procedures, and uphold strict radiation safety standards to protect
patients and staff. In addition, you’ll play a key role in training
and mentoring junior technologists, contributing to a culture of
learning and continuous improvement. This role emphasizes
patient-centered communication, ensuring comfort, consent, and
clear explanations throughout the imaging process, particularly for
those who may be anxious or unfamiliar with CT procedures. This
opportunity delivers competitive compensation coupled with
meaningful benefits. Weekly pay ranges from $2,642 to $2,783, with
guaranteed 40 hours per week, providing stability in a dynamic
travel assignment. You’ll have access to a sign-on bonus, housing
assistance, and potential extension opportunities that allow you to
prolong your assignment if you and the facility are aligned. The
travel program is designed to reduce logistical stress: you’ll
receive comprehensive housing options, stipends where applicable,
and a dedicated support team available 24/7 to assist with
scheduling, credentialing, and on-site needs. Our aim is to remove
barriers so you can focus on delivering high-quality imaging and
patient care, confident that help is nearby whenever you need it.
The company values you as a healthcare professional and as a
person. We’re committed to empowering CT Technologists to advance
their careers through ongoing education, cross-training
opportunities, and a supportive work environment that recognizes
your contributions. You’ll find a culture that encourages
collaboration, rewards initiative, and provides clear pathways for
professional development, including continuing education credits
and opportunities to expand your scope within radiology. The
emphasis is on fostering a sense of belonging and achievement, so
you can grow not only technically but also as a mentor and leader
within your team. Ready to take the next step? If you’re a
dedicated CT Tech who thrives in fast-paced hospital settings,
loves working with cutting-edge imaging technology, and wants to
make a tangible difference in patient care, this assignment is for
you. Apply today to join a company that prioritizes your expertise,
supports your career goals, and values the personal growth that
comes from new places and faces. Embrace Nebraska’s warm
communities, or opt to explore other regions across the U.S.—your
skills will be in demand wherever you go, and your impact will be
felt in every patient you assist. Please note: The hours and pay
rates listed are estimates and may vary. Final compensation
packages and guaranteed hours will be confirmed during the hiring
process. Privacy & Consent By applying, you agree to TLC
