Job Title: Registered Nurse Company: Bethany Home Brandon Salary: Starting hourly range of $32 - $37 Compensation based on level of experience. Shifts available: Days & Overnights available (6 - 6) Key Responsibilities and Expectations: - Plan and execute nursing care according to individual care plans and physician's instructions. - Assess residents' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs. - Supervise and assist nursing assistants with resident care. - Initiate and modify care plans as needed. - Monitor residents' conditions and adjust care plans accordingly. - Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure optimal resident care. - Communicate effectively with residents, families, team members, and healthcare professionals. - Administer medication with utmost care and attention to detail. - Maintain accurate and concise records of resident care. - Assist with discharge planning and provide resident and family education. Qualifications: - Graduation from a nursing program and current RN licensure in South Dakota. - Thorough knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and ethics. - Ability to work under stress and adapt to changing situations. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families. - Reliable transportation and good physical and mental health. - Availability to work every other weekend.
