As part of our dedicated team, the Registered Nurse (LTC) will focus on delivering holistic health and wellness care within our long-term care facilities. This role demands a compassionate approach, emphasizing personalized care and patient education to foster optimal health outcomes. The RN will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement effective care plans aligned with our mission of improving the well-being of the communities we serve. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans. Maintain medical records and administer care to patients in long-term settings. Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Implement patient care plans and monitor patient progress. Educate patients and their families on disease management and health preservation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in clinical skills with an empathetic approach Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Solid organizational and time-management skills Expertise in patient assessment and care planning Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
