Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and
skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team dedicated
to providing high-quality healthcare to underserved communities.

focused on holistic health and wellness outcomes. As an LPN at our
facility, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional
care by working closely with our healthcare professionals to ensure
that our patients receive the best treatment possible in alignment
with their individual health goals. Provide basic patient care
under direction of nursing staff Perform duties such as taking
vital signs, collecting samples, administering medication, ensuring
patient comfort, and reporting the status of their patients to the
nurses Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care of patients
Help in maintaining patient records and documenting care provided
Monitor patient health and progress and relay information to the
team Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas Assist with
diagnostic tests and clinical procedures Participate in patient and
family health education Maintain a clean and safe environment
compliant with healthcare regulations Proficient in nursing
practices and protocols Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to operate standard medical equipment Good observational
skills and attention to detail Capability to handle physical
demands of the job Basic computer and data entry skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current LPN license valid in the state of employment CPR certified
Any additional certifications in healthcare would be beneficial
