Job Description:
Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team,
where we focus on enhancing the health and wellness outcomes of

improvement. As an LPN at our center, you will offer direct nursing
care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and

nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients
Monitor patient health and record signs Administer medications as
prescribed and observe reactions Instruct patients and their
families on proper care Help perform diagnostic tests and analyze
results Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and
their families Strong interpersonal communication skills Proficient
in maintaining accurate patient records Ability to administer
medications and perform treatment as prescribed Skilled in
emergency response and patient monitoring Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active licensure as
a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice CPR
certified
