Good Samaritan Health Center seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long Term Care team, focusing on providing top-tier healthcare services to underserved communities. Monitor patient health and record signs like vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition, reacting swiftly to emergencies. Administer medications, maintain accurate documentation of all medical interventions, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate comprehensive health care and social support services. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion strategies. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management programs. Strong clinical skills in long-term care nursing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate medical equipment Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certified Preferred: Certified Gerontological Nurse or similar
