Good Samaritan Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in providing exceptional care to our underserved communities. This role is crucial in fostering an environment that prioritizes holistic health and wellness outcomes. As a CNA with Good Samaritan Health Center, you will work under the supervision of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to patients, with a focus on personal needs, comfort, and the overall well-being of each individual. Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the supervising nurse. Help patients with mobility needs, including assisting with walking and transporting in wheelchairs. Ensure patient rooms are tidy and sanitized. Provide compassionate support and companionship to patients. Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficiency in documenting and maintaining patient care records Excellent observational skills to detect changes in patient conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification CPR/BLS Certification
